Product Return Procedure
Please follow this procedure when returning products:
- Call DEPCO, LLC for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Provide a daytime telephone number and an explanation of the problem.
- Package the item securely in a clearly marked container.
- Include a telephone contact number and an explanation of the problem.
- After inspecting and testing, we will return your product, or a product replacement within 30 days.
If we receive packages without the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package, we will return the package to the sender.
